Description

A family favorite wrap that combines juicy chicken, crunchy toppings, and a delicious kick from hot sauce, making it perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken, Cooked
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ranch or chipotle mayo
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning, Store bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Corn tortillas, small
  • 4 Flour tortillas, large
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • Optional add ins: Tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeños, guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with taco seasoning and hot sauce until well-coated.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat with olive oil.
  3. Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface, layer it with cheese, lettuce, and the chicken mixture, adding any desired toppings.
  4. Add a crunchy tostada shell on top and wrap the tortilla, folding in the sides to secure everything inside.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream on the side.

Notes

For a quicker preparation, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Experiment with different toppings and spices for variety.
