Ingredients

- 2 cups Chicken, Cooked
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Ranch or chipotle mayo
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning, Store bought or homemade
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Corn tortillas, small
- 4 Flour tortillas, large
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Optional add ins: Tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeños, guacamole
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with taco seasoning and hot sauce until well-coated.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat with olive oil.
- Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface, layer it with cheese, lettuce, and the chicken mixture, adding any desired toppings.
- Add a crunchy tostada shell on top and wrap the tortilla, folding in the sides to secure everything inside.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream on the side.
Notes
For a quicker preparation, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Experiment with different toppings and spices for variety.
