Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp Anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups Rotini or penne pasta, cooked
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Let cool and slice.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to create the dressing.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and croutons to the bowl.
  5. Toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan and serve.

Notes
