- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups Rotini or penne pasta, cooked
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Croutons
- 3/4 cup Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Let cool and slice.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to create the dressing.
- Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, and croutons to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Top with grated Parmesan and serve.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the salad for a while before serving and keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
