- 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar

- 3/4 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Butter, unsalted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and chopped pecans.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until combined.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack and dust with more powdered sugar if desired.
