Description

A festive cheese wreath made with creamy Brie and tart cranberry sauce, ideal for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 8 oz Brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into a wreath shape.
  3. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the wreath.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.
  6. Fold the pastry over the cheese and sauce, sealing the edges as you go.
  7. Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Best served warm, can also be made ahead of time and baked fresh for gatherings.
