A festive cheese wreath made with creamy Brie and tart cranberry sauce, ideal for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 8 oz Brie cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into a wreath shape.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the wreath.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the cheese.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and sauce, sealing the edges as you go.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Best served warm, can also be made ahead of time and baked fresh for gatherings.
