- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting or glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, blueberries, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the blueberry cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with glaze.
