Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting or glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, blueberries, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the blueberry cream cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with glaze.
