- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate bark or chocolate chips
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Butterfinger bars, chopped
- Coarse sea salt (to taste)
- Extra Butterfinger bars for crunch
- Festive sprinkles (optional for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and chopped Butterfinger bars.
- Once combined, form the mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate bark or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated.
- Return to the baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and festive sprinkles if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
