- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Vanilla custard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the vegetable oil, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before filling them with vanilla custard.
- Once filled, drizzle or dip the tops of the cookies in melted chocolate to create the glaze.
