- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup Fresh Basil leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh side salad or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
