- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 2 tbsp Candied pecans
- 1 Rosemary, Fresh
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and some candied pecans.
- Fold the pastry corners over the filling to enclose it completely.
- Arrange the bites on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve warm.
