- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons candied pecans
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 12 cubes (4 ounces) brie cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Top each cube with cranberry sauce, candied pecans, and a small piece of rosemary.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and place them on a baking sheet.
